remotegoat.co.uk has just released it's first two google applications - a small plugins which can be used on your igoogle page to browse upcoming events in your area.

These are both new applications and still very much in beta-testing, but all feedback and ideas for improvements most welcome.

This application gives the next five days of film listings at your local cinema.

The application currently supports Odeon, Vue, PictureHouse and Cineworld chains, but we hope to expand this in the near future.

This application listing local events happening in and around your area.

The application lists the 8 closest events to your specified postcode, you can also browse events up to a week head and filter results by event type.
