You may display the events, venues and film times, links and the brief description provided in our XML/RSS Feed on your website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

If you use a script to gather the information from our XML, RSS feeds, you must use a server-side scripting language such as PHP or ASP, not JavaScript. You must gather the data from the feeds at regular intervals of an hour or more and use a database to store it. Using a script that gathers data from our site with every page load is not permitted.

All remotegoat.co.uk Content on your Site must be accredited to remotegoat.co.uk, with a link placed to the original event or venue.

Any page containing remotegoat.co.uk content must the text "Events by remotegoat.co.uk" linked back to http://www.remotegoat.co.uk/

All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights of the remotegoat.co.uk Feeds and Content shall remain the property of remotegoat.co.uk.

remotegoat.co.uk provides the news Feeds at no charge and you may not charge users specifically for accessing remotegoat.co.uk Content, nor attempt to sell our Content in any way.

You may not directly or indirectly suggest any endorsement or approval by remotegoat.co.uk of your Site, products, content or any views expressed within your Site.

Our Content may only be placed on Sites which:

• Do not promote, facilitate or encourage Illegal activities (and do not display actionable Content under UK or US law).
• Do not promote, facilitate or encourage Hatred of any form (including, but not limited to, Racism, Terrorism, Violence and Discrimination of any kind).
• Do not have misleading, pornographic or defamatory content.
• Do not display any material which is in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

The remotegoat.co.uk Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. remotegoat.co.uk gives no warranty of any kind in relation to our Feed or our Content and we disclaim all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, compatibility and accuracy.

The material displayed on remotegoat.co.uk (including, but not limited to, the Feed and Content) is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

• All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
• Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with remotegoat.co.uk or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of remotegoat.co.uk, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

remotegoat.co.uk reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Feed, your access to the Feed or this Agreement at any time, without liability. You agree to remove all of the remotegoat.co.uk Content (including the Feed) upon receiving notice of termination from remotegoat.co.uk.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing all remotegoat.co.uk Content from your Site.

In this agreement 'our' refers to remotegoat.co.uk, which is owned by Blue Compass Ltd and 'you/your' refers to the owner of the site displaying our Feed/Content. Users of the remotegoat.co.uk Content displayed on your site are also bound by these terms and conditions. All of the terms and conditions form the Agreement and each clause operates separately in itself and survives independently of the others.

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and take effect in accordance with English law. English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which may arise out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.
