The system works using booking reference codes, if you've ever bought an easyjet ticket you'll be familiar with the concept. When your customer buys a ticket they receive an email containing a booking reference number. On the night of the event your tickets automatically come off sale at 6pm (you can take them off earlier if you want).

Once the tickets are off sale you'll be able to print an alphabetical list of the ticket holders and their booking reference codes. All you need to do is find the customer on the list, cross reference the code they have with the one on your list and check their ID. For larger events they'll supply staff to help you run the ticket list (depending on the number of tickets you sell).

The system is really easy to use and provides you with a comprehensive box office so you can manage a wide range of events and tickets at any one time. You'll be able to:
